ALL AGENCIES LICENSED IN GEORGIA: Please be aware of Rule 120-2-3-.05 Licensure of Agencies. Each agency location must have at least one licensed agent whose primary place of business is that agency location. Your agency will have 30 days to associate the licensed agent or licensed responsible individual who will be primarily located at this agency location. If you are selling only Personal Lines, you can easily get a Personal Lines Agent license by first completing a 20-hour Personal Lines Agent Prelicensing Course at https://www.remoteinsuranceagent.com/. You can access www.sircon.com/georgia and select Maintain Agency Associations to add an agent or responsible individual association type to your agency record. Licenses may be printed at http://www.sircon.com/Georgia for free for up to 30 days after license approval and renewal for license applications and license renewals completed through Sircon online services. For individuals with a Sircon account, license printing is always free by logging into your account and clicking on the "Print a license" link. |
